Hydraulic Gantry System “SBL 1100” by “Enerpac”. Used for loading, longitudinal and lateral movement of super oversized cargoes. Max. load capacity – 1100 T (at the 1-st stage). Max. lifting height – 11 m. Ram thrust at each of 3 stages: 1-st stage – 2670 кN/ jack; 2-nd stage – 1750 kN/ jack; 3-rd stage – 1000 kN/ jack.In operation since 2011. 39 lifts were accom-plished as a part of 15 projects within 3 years. 1. The possibility of combining different length beams for achieving optimal load capacity as well as for obtaining maximum length – 20 m. 2. The possibility of combined use of 2 or more gantry systems for lifting super heavy and super-long cargoes. 3. The possibility of installation on a barge and cargo rolling out anywhere on a prepared mooring.



Heavy haul truck by “Mercedes-TITAN”, license plate number K315NA77. Engine power – 653 hp Axels: 8 * 4. Load capacity – 41 T Tractive effort – 350 kN (35 T). In operation since Sep. 2013. Was used in 3 projects during 5 months time. Heavy haul truck designed for transportation of oversized and overweight cargo is a combination of a vehicle with one or more modular trailers. Can be reequipped into a ballast (back up) unit, designed to increase the traction of the main road train.

Load capacity – 2150 T. Reinforced deck – 17 mm thickness, max. load capacity – 15 T per sqm. Ballast tanks without standard pumps.Was used in 3 projects within 7 months. Unlimited navigation area. Unique to the Russian market. Direct transport from any port anywhere in the world to a temporary boat landing area within Russian inland waterways. Navigation in basins with max. depth 1 m.

Unique to the Russian market. Direct transport from any port anywhere in the world to a temporary boat landing area within Russian inland waterways. Navigation in basins with max. depth 1 m. Able to follow a motor ship in brash ice.

Integrated system of horizontal cargo movement by Greiner (for SBL 1100). For horizontal oversized cargo movement with a combination of beams length of 6 m, 8 m and 10 m (red) and hydraulic side-shifts with pushers. Load capacity – 600 tons. Used as an accessory to the SBL 1100.In operation since May 2013. Was used in 3 projects during 6 months operating time.Significantly expands the possibilities of “SBL 1100” gantry system.



Road crane Terex Demag AC100/4L. Lift capacity – 100T. Telescopic gib arm12-59,4 m. In operation sinceJuly 2012. Was used in 5 projects during 24 months time. 1. Widely used for construction and installation works. 2. Assembly / disassembly of “SBL 1100.” 3. Loading of small oversized cargoes up to 60 tons on vehicles.



Horizontal sliding hydraulic system Hdrospex HSK 1250 (Skidding System) by “Enerpac”. Load capacity – 125 T Push force – 22 T Traction force – 16 T Force on Hold – 30 T. In operation since Nov. 2011. Was used in 5 projects during 2 years of work. Used for unloading and installation of transformers, presses and other similar objects. Also used to overcome the extremely low overpasses, which cannot be overcome by means other of transportation and lifting equipment.



Set of jacks 50 T lift capacity each. 4 hydraulic jacks with lifting capacity of 50 T each, interconnected into a single system with the oil station, 2 rails and 2 pushers. Designed for lifting and moving on rails of relatively small but heavy cargoes around 200 T Often used to remove cargo from rail transporters.



Set of jacks 100 T lift capacity each. 4 hydraulic jacks with lifting capacity of 100 T each, interconnected into a single system with the oil station, 2 rails and 2 pushers. Load capacity – 100 T Max. speed – up to 80 km / h. In operation since 2012. Was used in 6 projects during 1.5 years of work. Designed to reduce the overall road train length, reducing also the turning radius and improve maneuverability. In combination a haul truck enables to overcome steep climbs with maximum load.
