Installation and rigging works include:
• Development of а work production plan;
• Lift-descent of oversized object, max 1100 T;
• Handling of the object of any size and complexity;
• Movement of the object;
• Installation on the foundation.
The works are performed using Company owned special rigging and lifting equipment: specialized sets of jacks, horizontal skidding system and hydraulic gantry system SBL 1100 load capacity up to 1100 T. All of the machinery and equipment used for rigging has proper certification and has been preliminary tested.
High qualification and certification of all installation personnel ensure quality loading and unloading operations of oversized cargo to/from the vehicle, as well as precise installation on the foundation.
Rigging and lifting equipment:
• Sets of jacks, lifting capacity 50-100 T;
• Horizontal hydraulic skidding system by “Enerpac”;
• Hydraulic gantry system “SBL 1100” by “Enerpac”, loading capacity 1100 T;
• Integrated system of horizontal cargo movement by “Greiner”;
• Road crane “Terex Demag” AC100/4L, lifting capacity 100 T.
